This 2-bed, 1-bath second floor
holiday rental apartment in the family-friendly Tavira Garden complex is close
to one of the pool areas and to the gym. The covered area is approx 100sqm/
1000sqft. A large balcony accessed from the living room and from the double
bedroom overlooks the gardens. It gets the morning sun and is provided with
chairs, table, etc for breakfast. A large, private roof terrace with sea views
is also included. This is furnished with loungers, table, chairs, umbrella,
BBQ, and is ideal for sunbathing, dining, etc. The apartment is fully tiled,
fully air-conditioned and all windows except the kitchen have black-out
curtains. It is equipped to accommodate up to 6 people.
The living area of the apartment is
open plan but with separate living room and dining room; this area is
air-conditioned. The roomy, comprehensively equipped kitchen kitchen is divided
from the dining room by a bar counter.
Bedlinen and towels are provided.
Bedlinen is changed, and the apartment cleaned, each 6 to 8 days. Towels are
changed each 3 to 4 days. Additional changes and/or maid-service available on
request. You need to provide your own pool/beach towels.
The access area for the apartment
is pedestrianised with ample safe parking close by. The complex grounds, the
gardens and the common areas are well lit at night. Both the complex and the
town of Tavira can be regarded as relatively safe/secure areas. A sturdy wall
safe with 3 to 8-digit electronic combination (your choice) is provided.
The living room furniture includes
a three-seater couch which doubles as a pull-out bed capable of accommodating
two small children or one adult. Equipment includes stereo, DVD, Sat TV with
BBC, ITV, etc; WiFi broadband internet access is provided.
The dining room has a 6-place
dining table and a serving bar counter to the kitchen. Kitchen and dining room
can cater comfortably for 6 people.
The kitchen includes 4-plate hob;
electric oven, microwave, cordless kettle; coffee percolator; toaster; juicer;
soup-maker; etc. There are also fridge/freezer; dishwasher; washing machine;
vacuum cleaner; iron/board; drying frame; etc. The complex includes a self
service launderette where a drier may be used at a small charge.
The master bedroom has double bed,
individual bedside lockers and reading lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers,
mirror, etc. The second bedroom has twin beds with individual bedside lockers
and reading lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, etc. There is a shared
bathroom positioned between the two bedrooms; it has bath, shower, bidet, WC,
shaver socket, mirror, etc. Both bedrooms are individually air-conditioned.
