duplex holiday rental apartment in the family-friendly Tavira Garden holiday
complex. It is located close to the family pool and to the gym and the
individual entrance is directly from the lush gardens of the complex. With
approx 100sqm/1100sqft floor area and fully tiled throughout, the apartment
comprises an entrance hall (with large storage cupboards) leading to a fully
equipped kitchen and a dining area which sits 4-6 comfortably. The kitchen
contains a 4 plate hob and electric over, microware, cordless kettle, coffee
percolator, toaster, hand-blender etc. There is a fridge freezer, washing
machine and dishwasher. Steps lead down to the bright, airy , fully
air-conditioned living room which includes a large 3 seater couch (opens up as a
large double sofa-bed), three easy chairs, shelves, TV, VCR, DVD/CD player, etc.
The Sat TV is Sky Free-to-air which includes BBC, ITV etc. Off the living room
there is a balcony with its own table and chairs, cushions, parasol etc.
From the dining area, steps lead up to
the two bedrooms, each with its own adjacent bathroom and each fitted with a
ceiling fan. The twin bedroom has large single beds, wardrobe and ample drawer
space; French doors open onto a small balcony. There is an oil-filled radiator
for winter heating. The adjacent bathroom has shower cubicle, WC, sink,
bathroom cabinet, mirror and shaving socket.
The double bedroom is fitted with a
5ft double bed, side tables and reading lights, wardrobe and ample drawer space
and full length mirror. The adjacent bathroom has bath (with shower head),
bidet, WC and sink. This bedroom also has its own small balcony and oil-filled
heater. In the hallway off this bedroom there is a storage cupboard for your
use which additionally contains a programmable safe.
Bed-linen and towels are provided
and changed. Bed-linen is changed, and the apartment cleaned, each 6 to 8 days;
the towels are changed each 3 to 4 days. Additional changes and/or maid-service
can be provided on request. You need to provide your own beach/pool towels.
The access area for the apartment
is pedestrianised with ample safe parking close by. The complex grounds, the
gardens and the common areas are well lit at night.
The apartment shares a roof terrace
which is equipped with deck chairs, table with chairs and parasol. There is a
lovely view out over the Ria Formosa and Tavira.
